Property Manager Vacancy
Our Property Manager will liaise with both a variety of contractors who are employed to complete the building of our school and various maintenance contracts. It is preferable that you are familiar with school building compliance processes (or something similar) and have good knowledge of Health and Safety systems within a large campus or facility.
Experience and knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) that control access, heating and other services would be an advantage.
The ability to work positively with staff, students and our community and be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem solving are critical considerations for our appointment committee.
Our Property Manager will also carry out general caretaker duties, including groundskeeping.
This is a full time, 52 week a year position. A salary range of between $52,000-$60,000 will be negotiated after considering previous experience and any relevant qualifications.
